For the spiritual person who wants

to live the Beauty they believe in

You believe in something beautiful:

An Unconditionally Loving Higher Power.

Be honest: do you live as if it's true?

If not, something isn’t clear yet.

Embody Your North gives you that clarity.

Why this workbook exists.

By seventeen, I lived in a state of harmony that felt infinite.

Even though life had hit before, it then got worse. Harder.

Where I was most vulnerable, again and again, until it led me to believe:

If I'd been wrong about love, then I'd been wrong about everything.

Fifteen years later, sitting at my kitchen table, I realized: I knew what I had experienced.

So maybe, for once, I could trust myself.

That moment became my axis.

Sixteen years later, it still is.

This workbook is the foundation of what I built from it.

This is for you if...

You believe in a Higher Power who's Unconditionally Loving

but when you look around (at the world, at the news, even at the ones closest to you), it doesn't make sense.

✦ You believe in Unconditional Love... but can't always feel it includes you

✦ You want a North that keeps making sense even when life hurts

✦ You’re tired of starting over every time; you want one tool to come back to the same direction.

✦ You want a compass that stays true even when you stumble

✦ You want a method that doesn't ask you to perform or compete

✦ You want to finally fulfill the "shoulds" you put on yourself (not out of guilt, but because it flows)

✦ You're tired of believing one thing and living another

✦ You're ready to stop negotiating with your direction and have an anchor to return to

⚠️ THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

✦ You want someone to tell you what to believe

✦ You want a quick fix (this takes time, but what emerges will last)

✦ You prefer comfort to clarity

✦ You're not ready to look at what you actually believe... honestly

Part 1  Master Clarity
Define Your North in words you actually believe, and with a precision you've probably never had.

This is where your North takes shape and clarity.

This is the fundamentals, the compass that will guide the rest of your life.

Part 2 — The Divine Relationship & Identity.

You see what doesn't match:

- where you still react from fear

- where you question your worth

-where your life contradicts what you say is true. Not to judge it. Just to finally see it.

-You start to make it coherent;
This is where things shift. You bring your beliefs and your life into the same direction,

by choosing what actually makes real sense for you.

Part 3 — Integration, Anchoring & Alignment

Know it, Apply it, Feel it.
You create something simple to return to when doubt shows up.

You start living it. Consciously.

This is where it becomes real.

(FAQ)

What format is the workbook?

Embody Your North is a digital PDF — yours to download instantly after purchase. A black & white version is included so you can print it easily and write by hand. (Writing by hand helps anchor what you discover. Trust the process! 😊)

How long does it take to complete?

Most people complete it in a single focused session; think a quiet afternoon, a slow morning, or an evening with a good cup of tea.

The first one might linger with you through some time... and that's perfectly normal! And other exercises will take 2 minutes.

There's no rush. Your North isn't going anywhere.

Is this workbook religious or personal?

You don't need a tradition, a practice, or even a clear belief to begin; just an openness to the possibility that something Unconditionally Loving exists... and that you are included in it.

If you come from a religious background, this might be the most challenging workbook you've ever done.

Not because it contradicts your faith, but because it asks you to consciously choose it yourself.

In your own words.

Which is possibly the deepest act of faith there is.

Why do you refer to God as "It"?

If God is everything, everywhere, at all times, able to do everything and being Unconditionally Loving...

could It be only half of humanity?

"It" is an imperfect word for something that surpasses every word.

In English, "It" is for objects... and we're talking about the purest form of Love we can barely imagine.

But "He" assumes, and "She" assumes.

"It" at least doesn't limit.

I use it not because it's right, but because it's the least wrong.

And because what we're pointing at is so far beyond language anyway...

Why do I believe in God but still feel anxious, lost, scared or alone?

Because without coherence, faith stays abstract.

You can repeat "everything happens for a reason",

but if your worldview doesn't actually support that,

your nervous system won't trust it.

Coherence is what turns belief into trust.

When what you believe about God, life, and yourself all fit together, something quiets inside.

You no longer have to try to trust.

You know why you can.

That's what this workbook builds.

Is blind faith enough… or does it collapse when life gets hard?

Blind faith can feel incredibly certain. Just like a child's trust in life itself, it surrenders without condition. It doesn't ask why.

But when darkness arrives (betrayal, injustice, cruelty, etc.), blind faith can't reassure the mind looking for meaning.

The part that asks: "Why? Why me? What have I done that I'm not even aware of?"

That voice isn't a lack of faith.

It's a lack of definition.

A definition that needs to be coherent with what you believe, and that has more power than the whispers.

Coherence is what gives that voice something true to hold onto instead.

And coherence, over time, is what builds Trust

Not blind faith.

Trust is faith that went through hell and came back knowing what it chooses to believe.

And is certain of believing it.

That's what this workbook helps you build.
